Please note that hosting and search engine providers and may be located around the world. For the purposes explained in this Privacy Policy, all non-personal data is stored and processed in different jurisdictions.

Personal Data

Personal data may be processed and stored in the equipment and services we have available for data processing. We do not sell users' personal data.


How long will the data be kept?

Please note that we retain the data we collect for as long as is necessary to provide our services, to comply with our legal and contractual obligations to you, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.

The hosting service for our digital assets provides us with the online platform through which we can offer our services to you. Your data may be stored via our hosting provider's data storage, databases and general applications. It stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall and it provides secure HTTPS access to most areas of its services.


Notwithstanding the measures and efforts taken by us and our hosting provider, we cannot and do not guarantee absolute protection and security of the data you upload, post or otherwise disclose to us or others.

For this reason, we ask that, whenever possible, you not provide us or others with confidential information that you believe could cause you significant or lasting harm if disclosed. In addition, because e-mail and instant messaging are not considered secure forms of communication, we ask that you not share confidential information through either of these communication channels.


Updates or Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion, and the version posted on the Site will always be current (see the "Current" statement). Terms & Conditions

Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to at least 90 days in advance. In the event of non-compliance with the cancellation deadline, I reserve the right to charge the following amounts. Up to 60 days in advance 20% and up to 30 days in advance 30% of the rental price will be charged. The cancellation fee will be waived if a replacement tenant is found by the tenant. 

The amount is to be paid by bank transfer in advance or by cash at check-in.

Lunch and dinner are the responsibility of the guest. Breakfast is provided by arrangement.

The kitchen is at the guest's disposal.

No alcoholic beverages are sold.

Damages are at the expense of the causer.

Insurance is the responsibility of the guest.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the whole house.

The house rules are to be followed.

A parking space for the camper is offered on request and if possible.



We draw your attention to the fact that all the contents of texts, images and graphics are protected by copyright and are the property of the various operators. Users are not allowed to download, print, copy or otherwise use any content of this website outside the website without the prior consent of the operators.




Although this website has been created with all due care, we cannot accept any liability with regard to correctness, up-to-dateness, completeness and accuracy. The same applies to the contents of third party applications, which are outside our area of responsibility. The use of these websites is at your own risk.
